Fronteriza

Fronteriza is an experimental documentary that explores the stories of five intergenerational border women in Laredo, Texas: Raquel, Rosa Maria, Ruth, Vero, and Angie. The women interviewed recount their lives in playful gatherings that generate a safe space to communicate effectively about issues that limit their civic participation. The film provides insight into their personal and marginalized experiences on the U.S.-Mexico border.
